Founded in 2007 in the heart of New York City, Treehouse GC is a full-service general contractor specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and retail interiors throughout the Tri-State area. Kfir Meshulam
For over 20 years as a General Contractor, Kfir Meshulam has led the successful completion of a wide range of residential and commercial projects through his firm, TreeHouse GC. His deep-rooted knowledge of construction methods, property management, and team coordination has earned him a reputation for delivering projects of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. In addition to his hands-on experience and leadership in the field, Kfir’s comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, building codes, and permit processes enables him to be a strong and reliable advocate for his clients. Alejandro Espinosa
Born with a passion for building, I found my purpose in construction after moving to New York City in 2000. Volunteering in the post-9/11 recovery efforts deeply shaped my values—community, resilience, and integrity—which continue to guide my work today.
With over two decades of hands-on experience across every aspect of construction, I’ve led projects for leading companies such as Kimco Realty, The ONE Group, and luxury european kitchens, before co-founding TreeHouse. From site supervision to high-level project management, I’ve built everything from luxury residences to commercial spaces across NYC and beyond.
Building on that experience, at TreeHouse, we treat every project as if it were our own—combining craftsmanship, expertise, and care to deliver spaces that last.
